JOE PEPPER

Joe Pepper is a highly skilled tattoo artist located in upstate New York. He currently tattoos out of a private studio in Rhinebeck New York. He has an educational background in architecture and graphic design. Joe left his career as a creative director of a financial magazine in NYC to follow his passion of tattooing. 

 

He has spent over a decade developing his technical ability and intricate artistic style.  Joe's bold approach and great sense of composition has garnered a lot of attention in the Hudson Valley among tattoo collectors. Joe Pepper has a large portfolio of tattoos, from the bright and bold to the delicate and subtle.

 

Each tattoo is designed specifically for the client, leaving them with an original piece of artwork; from the customization of colors to the production of a client’s original idea, Joe Pepper defines the work of a true artist.

Joe has been featured in Inked Magazine, Skin Art Magazine, InkAddict and multiple articles on BuzzFeed and other social media platforms. He has received several awards for his high caliber tattooing, including an award for a Best Traditional Tattoo at the Scranton Tattoo Convention.
